This post was originally published on LinkedIn.

2025 will be a big test for journalism. We need to change if we want to heal the broken relationship between our industry and the people we aim to serve. It's not going to be easy, but I believe we can do it if we stay hopeful, nurture our sense of purpose, and learn from one another. That's why I plan to keep sharing throughout the year readings about change, about audience, community and sustainability that make me think, and give me hope πŸ“š Here's Round Four:

🧩 The Texas Tribune showing the way. On A Media Monitor: "One of the major problems of the internet is it dehumanizes the pageview. Executives get so obsessed with how many people are reading that they forget each and every one of them is a person."
